Natasha "Tasha" Scott

Natasha Ann Scott, 46, joined her Lord Monday, Dec. 9. Born Dec. 31, 1966 in Lubbock to John and Joy Scott, she is survived by her daughter, Chasity “Shay” Clark and husband John, and sons, Derrick and Blake Boyce, granddaughter Madison Clark, mother, Joy, siblings John Scott, Jr. and wife Sandra, Rebecca Komarek and husband Bruce and Miles Scott and wife Theresa. She is preceded in death by her father, John.

“Tasha” was a passionately devoted mother and did everything for her children. She loved spending time with her family, and especially her grand-daughter, Maddy. She will be greatly missed. Natasha was a loyal employee of LISD, serving as a diagnostician for over 20 years.

Natasha loved the outdoors, fishing, and camping. She also loved working in the yard and doing home improvement projects. Natasha had a generous heart. She helped everybody she could and was known as the “peace-maker” in the family.

Visitation is Thursday, Dec. 12 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home. Services are Friday, 10:00 AM at Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel with burial immediately following at Lubbock Cemetery.
