It is with great sadness that we mourn the recent passing of our beloved mother, Nita Warren on September 1, 2014 at the age 91. Born in Rising Star, Texas on April 25, 1923 to the late Ira and Effie Mae Crooks.
Nita is survived by 4 daughters, Pat Waller of Lubbock, Carole Wilson, of Woodland Hills, CA, Sandra Dolfini(Joe), of Cincinnati, OH, and Kathie Burris( Rick) of Maumelle, AR; 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
She will be missed but never forgotten. While we mourn her departure from us, we take comfort in knowing she is no longer in pain and she is at peace. She will forever be in our hearts.
Services will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday September 4, 2014 in the Abbey Chapel of Resthaven Funeral Home and officiated by her nephew, Pastor David Crooks. Visitation will be held this evening from 5-7pm at Resthaven Funeral Home.
