He was born in Aspermont, Texas to Joel and Annie DuBose.
Norman honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. He was also a member of the First Church of The Nazarene.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Winnie Juanita DuBose.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie DuBose; children: Nancy Dubose of Lubbock, Norwin DuBose, Lela Doyal all of Lubbock,TX, Jan Kuykendoll of Waco, TX and Tina Spector of Amarillo, TX; Leo DuBose, Helen Hargrave of Slaton, TX, Dorothy Kinman of Monahans, TX and Mary Melvin of Lubbock, TX; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive guests from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Resthaven Funeral Home.
A Chapel Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 7, 2019 in the Abbey Chapel at Resthaven Funeral Home.
