Patsy Kelsay was born on March 8, 1936, in Houston, Texas, to Doc and Helen Cossey. She later married Kenneth Kelsay and devoted herself to her family as a homemaker, creating a home and caring for those she loved.
Patsy is survived by her sons, Randy Kelsay and Michael (Cindy Coleman) Kelsay; her grandson, Adam (Ashley) Kelsay; and other family members who will cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth Kelsay; her daughter, Donna Kelsay; and her parents, Doc and Helen Cossey.
Patsy will be remembered by her family and loved ones, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
