

Patsy Ann Narmour LUBBOCK - Patsy Ann Narmour, 79, of Lubbock, Texas, formerly of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2017. Pat was born in Odessa, TX on Oct. 3, 1937, to Herbert Curtis and Ruby Lillian Oswald Watson, who preceded her in death.
She graduated from Monterey High School in the first graduating class of 1956. Pat had degrees in Education from Texas Tech University and a Masters of Library Science from Winthrop University. Pat married Forrest Reginald (Reg) Narmour on June 6, 1959, in Lubbock, TX. They have celebrated over 57 years of marriage.
With her strong work ethic, Pat worked as a teacher for 10 years, book keeper at Reg’s architectural firm for over 25 years, and passionately volunteered as librarian for Carmel Baptist Church and Christian School.
Pat is survived by her husband Reg Narmour; her three daughters and their husbands, Kimberly and Michael Helms of Monroe, North Carolina, Stephanie and Thomas West of Waco, Texas, and Suzie and John McNelly of Lubbock, Texas; her nine grandchildren, Matthew Helms, Michelle Thomas and her husband Bryan, Melanie Hill with her husband Justin, Jackson West, Hannah West, Ally West, Calvin McNelly, Cade McNelly, and Carley McNelly; one great-grandchild Elizabeth Rose Thomas due in March 2017; and her siblings W.H. Watson and wife Sue Janelle Pierce, (twin) Betsy Horton, Eva Sorrells, and Willie Dragoo and husband Corky.
