Paula was born June 2, 1939 in Hamilton, Texas to Ralph and Velma Boone. She grew up in Hico, TX and Lubbock, TX. Paula attended and graduated from Lubbock High School. She spent 25 years with Three “B” Brush manufacturing as an office manager-owner.
One of Paula’s favorite things was loving her poodles. One of Paula’s favorite things to do was traveling across the United States in a motorhome. She was a member of the Cotton Picken Sam’s for over 30 years and served as president of the local chapter. Paula was a charter member of the Cotton Country Travelers who helped secure the original charter. She served at the clubs treasurer for several years. Some of the other clubs Paula was involved with was the Good SAM’s RV organization, and the Holiday Rambler R.V. Club for many years. She also served as treasurer for the Western RV club. Over the years she attended National FMCA National Rally’s held in several states.
Paula is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her Brother Dan Boone.
A visitation for Paula will be held Sunday, February 12, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home, 5740 West 19th, Lubbock, TX 79407. A chapel service will occur Monday, February 13, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home.
