Raymond Harold Wiley

Raymond Harold Wiley, of Lubbock, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, October 22nd, 2018. Raymond was born in January of 1934, in San Angelo, Texas to the Rev. F.M. and Willie Mae Wiley. He married his high school sweetheart, Betty Inklebarger, July 25th 1952, in Spade, Texas.LE

They made their home in Stratford, Texas where he farmed and ranched for 32 years. He was an ordained Baptist Deacon for 63 years serving at Spade, Summerfield, Stratford, and Lubbock.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, six sisters, and a grandson, Jacob Wiley.

Survivors include his loving wife of 66 years, Betty, 4 children, Jeff Wiley and wife Barbara, Jana English and husband Tommy, Lisa Brack and husband Kyle, Lori Haight and husband Gregg; grandchildren Garret Wiley, Tammi Sojack, Candace Donaghey, John and Colton English, Landon and Connor Brack, Dax, Macy, and Wiley Haight; nine great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, sister-in-law Edwina Watson and husband Bobby, and many nieces and nephews.

Celebration of life service will be at 1:30 pm, Friday, October 26th at Oakwood Baptist/One Accord Church. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Thursday at Resthaven.
