Ronald was born on July 21st, 1951, to Carter and Shirley Robinson, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Ronald went on to enlist in the United States Air Force in 1970 and would serve his country faithfully for seven years. Throughout his time in the Air Force, Ronald excelled in Law Enforcement and Corrections Supervision and was a part of the 49th Security Police Squadron.
He would go on to further his education in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice by attending Wayland Baptist College and obtaining his Bachelor of Science as well as a Master of Criminal Justice.
Ronald devoted his life to serving his community not only by serving in the Air Force but also by serving as Chief Deputy, IPO and JVO, he served as Chief of Police in various Texas towns, and for the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for the last 35 years of his career.
While Ronald kept busy with his career, he never forgot to make time for his children, grandchildren, and his beloved wife, Debra Blevins Stone Robinson. Debra and Ron were married August 29th, 1998, and filled the next 26 years with countless adventures together. Ron and Debra enjoyed cruising to exotic and scenic destinations – sailing through the Panama Canal and exploring Alaska. When they were not on the ocean, Ronald and Debra loved to visit places such as Las Vegas, or go on the Titanic tour in Branson, Missouri.
Ronald also had a passion for genealogy – he spent countless hours tracing his family roots as far back as he could. He even published a book titled, "Clay County Cousins" that a University wanted for their library!
Ronald leaves behind his loving wife, Debra Robinson; his two children, Chantel Robinson and Ron Robinson Jr.; his two stepchildren, Dane Stone, and Erin Stone; his ten grandchildren; and his granddogs.
