Ron was born in Lubbock,Tx on December 3, 1947 and passed away peacefully on September 22,2026 at the age of 78. He was preceded in death by his parents Cotton and Edith Williams and brother Jerry Williams. He is survived by his baby sister Kay Williams McClure (Paul), 4 nieces and nephews, 7 great nieces and nephews and 1 great nephew. He retired from Covenant Health about 15 years ago after working over 25 years ending in the cath lab. He moved to White River Lake and loved lake life. He shared that love and his home with his family and friends. That was his joy. Due to declining health he returned to Lubbock in 2025 to independent living at Ventura Place. He loved his family and friends fiercely and lived his life unapologetically. He was loved by many and will be missed immensely. He requested cremation. A celebration of life memorial service will be held Friday, October 16, 2026 from 3-5 pm at St. John’s United Methodist Church 1501 University Lubbock Texas.
