She was born in Lubbock on February 15, 1937. She was married to Durwood Weatherford on September 5, 1955.
Roxie worked in retail for Anderson Brothers Jewelers. She had a passion for spending time with her grandkids.
She is survived by son, Rick Weatherford and wife Kellie, and daughter, Donna Swanner; grandchildren, Christie, Devin, J.L., Taylor, Ryan, James and Chris; 10 great-grandchildren, and sister, Estelle Terry.
Private Services will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home.
