Born in Dodge City, KS on May 27, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Richard Fields and Carol Fields.
She is survived by her husband Steve Levitt of Lubbock, a son Chad Haney and his wife Amy of Lubbock and a daughter Angela McClure and her husband Brant also of Lubbock and a step-daughter Caitlin Bergman of Colorado. Samantha also leaves behind 10 grandchildren that meant the world to her. She is also survived by her mother Carol Fields, four sisters, six brothers and many nieces and nephews. Samantha was loved by many and leaves behind countless friends.
