A visitation will be held from 10:00 am -11:00 am at The Message church at 5502
Auburn st in Lubbock, Texas on June 6 th 2019. A celebration of Sandra’s life will be
held at the same location following here viewing at 11:00 am. Interment will be followed
to Rest Haven Memorial Park where she will be laid to rest.
Sandra was born May 11, 1957, in Lubbock, Texas, to William Carl Rackler and Dorthy
(Rucker) Rackler and was raised in the Lubbock area.
Sandra grew up on her father and mother’s farm with her three sisters Carlean Reams, Wanda Randolph and JudyDempsey and graduated from Frenship High School in 1977.
Sandra raised her first daughter Heather (Colson) Odom until 1995 when she welcomed her second daughter Michelle Lee Putz she then welcomed her son Brian Taylor Putz in 1997.
Sandra worked hard to take care of her children, whom she loved very much. Sandra worked
many different jobs including United Supermarket for 5 years. Sandra spent the last
year of her of life living in Louisiana with her two daughters Heather and Michelle. And
worked at Chick-fil-A.
Sandra is preceded in death by her father William Carl, mother Dorthy; her sister
Carlene; nephew Randall; and brother in-law Darrell.
Sandra is survived by her two sisters Wanda Randolph; Judy Dempsey; her three
children Heather Odom, Michelle Putz and Brian Putz; grandchildren Stacie Bankston,
Sadie Bankston; Rylee Odom; Avery Davis; and future grandson Kingston Putz.
