Diana was born on July 19, 1960, to Domingo and Matilde Encinia. Throughout her life, she devoted herself wholeheartedly to her family, leaving behind a beautiful legacy of love, kindness, strength, and countless cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her family was truly the center of her world.
When Diana wasn't spending time with her family, you could often find her tending to her beautiful garden, surrounded by her many plants and flowers. She had a soft spot for the neighborhood cat and birds, always making sure they were fed and cared for. And, of course, there were her homemade tortillas she made with love and, according to everyone who tried them, simply the best.
Diana is survived by her loving husband, Raul Garcia Sr.; her children, Tomas Olivarez III; Gabriel (Melinda) Olivarez; Arturo (Amber) Olivarez; Jacob (Marissa) Olivarez; Raul (Cynthia) Garcia Jr.; Zeke (Addison) Garcia; Zane Garcia; and Joe Russel.
Her legacy of love continues through her grandchildren, Victoria Olivarez, Casandra (Curtis) Sanchez, Jon Olivarez, Jasmine-Day (Nick) Ramos, Madison (Luis) Rivas, Arinn Olivarez, Jazline Astorga, Kazen Olivarez, Tomas Olivarez IV, Alyssa Olivarez, and Mya Garcia; and her great-grandchildren, Emma McDowell, Christian Sanchez, Cyson Sanchez, Carter Sanchez, Natalie Ramos, and Lucas Rivas.
She is also survived by her siblings, Mike Encinia, Mattie Trawick, and Mary Avalos. Along with numerous extended family members and loved ones who will deeply miss her.
Diana was preceded in death by her parents, Domingo and Matilde Encinia, her first husband, Tomas Olivarez Jr., and her siblings, Sabas Encinia and Domingo Encinia Jr.
Though Diana is no longer with us, her love and kindness will live on in the family she cherished so deeply, the garden she lovingly tended, the animals she cared for, and in all the special moments that she created with everyone she met.
May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the same love she so generously gave to others throughout her life. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
