Shirley Faye Carey, 64 of Lubbock TX; entered into eternal rest on September 3, 2021. She was born in Lexington, MS on June 25, 1957 to John Jones and Pat Jones. She now reunites with her father and brother, John Jones.
Shirley, was a strong woman of faith. She enjoyed traveling, singing, and being at the beach. Her most precious moments were spent with her grandchildren, which she loved and adored.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband of 45+ years, Rocky Carey; her mother, Pat Hamby; her children: Chad (Kristin) Carey, Tami (Micah) Steffen, Kevin Carey; 7 grandchildren; her siblings: Ricky Jones of Mississippi, Mark Jones of Louisiana, Allen Jones of Arizona; and numerous other relatives and friends.
