Memorial services will be held today at Lubbock Refuge Church at 10 AM.
Skip was born on January 25, 1971 in Upland, California. He was a member of the Messengers Mo-motorcycle Club and the Fellowship Group. He was well loved and admired by all that knew him. Skip was a loving son, brother and father.
Skip is survived by his two daughters, Jewell and Destiny Moulton; parents, Richard and Madie Moulton; two sisters, Janice Lusignan and Sandra Glusac; Fiancé, Sheli Steel Schmidt.
Skip will be loved and missed by all, rest in peace with your Heavenly Father.
