Stephen Cowan passed on Sunday, February 7, 2021. On October 3, 1950, Stephen was born to William and Helen Cowan in Muncie, Indiana. Steve graduated from Coronado High School and then received a Master’s Degree from Texas Tech University. Steve was an avid bridge player and enjoyed watching sports of all kinds.Survivors include his mother, Helen Cabron, sister, Ann (Johnnie) Stone of Lubbock, sister, Susan of Portland and his nephews Mason (Andrea) Stone of Lubbock and Michael Stone of Lubbock, and great-nephew, Oliver Stone.He was preceded in death by his father, William Cowan, and his brother Mike Cowan.No services are planned at this time due to Covid-19.
