How are you these days? I've missed you. Quite. 
It was all of a sudden when Bill messaged me about you. I thought it was just a cruel joke. Well, I hope I could still think this, as a cruel joke. Not funny. Yet, at least it's not real. 
I'm so happy and honoured to know you as a person, a lil brother, a weird yet simple, emotional and caring, decent guy. I kept all of our pictures together and couldn't help myself looking back. Those images just kept flashing back like an old film rewinding. Thank you, for being a part of my high school time! We had so much fun, so many good memories together. 
May your soul rest in peace my dear.

You gave no one a last farewell, nor ever said goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why. You were like a brother to me.  As kids, we fought, we studied, we laughed, we cried together. We did not always show the love that we both have inside. We shared our dreams and plans, and some secrets too. But all memories we shared have only ever filled my heart with happiness and joy (especially we were so embarrassed when I saw you naked!!). I will miss you and cry a million times. In life, I loved you dearly, and even in death I forever will. In my heart, you hold a place no one else can ever fill. It broke my heart when I lost you but you didn't go alone. A part of me went with you, the day God called you home. I believe that we will meet again in a better place someday. I thank God everyday for allowing you to be my Best friend, my Brother after during your time on Earth.

For the soul of Peter Tam Phan, who departed this life ten days ago, exactly one month before his eighteenth birthday. For his soul, his mother, his father, and his brother, let us pray to the Lord.

I hope God, Peter, and you heard me loud and clear :).
