Tom was united in marriage to Leona Ruth Hinson, his beloved wife of 71 years who preceded him in death in 2023.
He is survived by his children: Gary (Sally Ann) McCoy, Lisa (Dan) Wilson, and Bryan (Tamara) McCoy. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Grant Wilson, Natalie (Corby) Bryan, Alyssa (JJ) Abbas, Dani (Josh) Bloodworth, Nolan (Marcy) McCoy, Kilton McCoy, and granddaughter-in-law Jolee Wilson.
Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Leona McCoy; his parents, J.W. and Verna McCoy; and all of his 8 siblings.
