
William was educated in the local school system. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He then went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree at the Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary School. He worked as an inspector for General Electric for over 10 years until his retirement. William was a naturalist at heart. He was a bible scholar, and enjoyed collecting church memorabilia and Indian Artifacts. William was very devoted to his wife Ruth-Ester and for 64 years they labored together in churches in the service of their Lord and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.
He is predeceased by two brothers, Robert McNab and Milton Bostock; two sisters, Carol Bostock and Virginia Bostock.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth E. (Pratt) of Ludlow, VT; a sister, Alice Campbell of Mount Holly, VT; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated at a later date. Burial took place at Pleasant View Cemetery in Ludlow, VT. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the South Reading VT Old Stone Church, c/o Hazel King, 179 Park Circle, Proctorville VT 05153-9501. The ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 12 Meadow St. Ludlow, VT has been entrusted with arrangements.
