Betty was born March 25, 1941, in Lumberton. She was the daughter of the late Andy and Tiny Cosper Davis. She was a homemaker. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by a son, James V. Stewart, Jr.; three brothers, James Andy Davis, Jerry Davis, Sherman Davis and two sisters, Joyce Davis and Billie Ruth Baker.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Pattie and Tom Posey of Russellville, two granddaughters, Emily Posey and Sarah Posey; a grandson, Matthew Stewart; and two sisters, Shirley Reid and Linda Wilson both of Lumberton, MS.
Graveside ceremonies will be 10:00 am, Monday, October 21, 2013 at Lumberton City Cemetery. The family will receive friends and have visitation one hour prior to services, Monday at White Funeral Home, Lumberton.
