Dimple Johnson

Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker and a faithful member of Baxterville Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Emery and Annie Ladner Slade; her husband, Charles "Glen" Johnson; and two sisters, Gladys "Bert" Ladner and Erma Baggett.

Survivors include one son, Gene (Dymple) Johnson of Lumberton; two daughters, Anita (Steve) Thompson of Lumberton and Judy Williamson of Hattiesburg; five grandchildren, Vicki Buckalew, Rebecca Martin, Eugene Thompson, Glen Neel and Tony Neel; eight grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, June 3, 2013 at Baxterville Baptist Church with burial in Baxterville Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Sunday at White Funeral Home, Lumberton.
