Iris V. Wilkinson
December 17, 1922 – September 24, 2015
Iris Vondell "Bonnie" Wilkinson, 92, of Lumberton, died Thursday, September 24, 2015 in Pearl River County Nursing Home, Poplarville.
Services will be at White Funeral Home, 102 North 1st Street, Lumberton, MS, 39455 on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 10:00 am. Rev. Jesse Ladner and Rev. Curtis Seal will officiate at the service. Burial will follow in Louis Davis Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Wilkerson was born December 17, 1922 in Lumberton to Guy Fletcher and Lillie Corrine Bounds Davis. She was a homemaker; a former teacher at Thomas School; a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi; a United States Air Force Veteran; and active in 4-H.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Earl H Wilkinson; one son, Guy Marcus Wilkinson; three sisters: Iva Seal, Ruby Beall, Mavis Ladner; three brothers, A.C. Davis, Lloyd Davis, and Benton Davis.
Family members include one daughter, Dorothy Owens (Freddie Paul); one sister,Betty Necaise; one grandson Justin Owens (Josie); one great-granddaughter, Alora Owens; a host of extended family and friends.

Truly a one of a kind woman. I remember a lot of my childhood memories at aunt bonnie's rather it was in the garden, playing outside or just sitting on the porch.. I remember myself Ben and Justin running around the whole place... fly high Aunt Bonnie... forever loved and will forever be missed..
