James T. "Sonny" Knue

Mr. Knue was a retired Painter with Cooper Power Systems.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Virgie Strahan Knue; one son, Brian Knue; one grandson, Jacob Knue; and one brother, Charlie Knue.

Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Burge Knue; two sons, Myron Knue and Steve (Jennifer) Knue; two daughters, Sharman (Joel) Ladner and Becky (Dwight) Seals; one brother, Anthony (Annette) Knue; two sisters, Alice (Douglas) Michael and Catherine (Jewel) Smith; eleven grandchildren, Jason Knue, Ashleigh Knue, Jaron Knue, Sonni Knue, Micah Knue, Kaitlyn Smith, Joelle Ladner, Taylor Knue, Haley Knue, Mary Ladner, and Ethan Knue; two great-grandchildren, Zach Knue and Kily Byrd.

Memorial services will be 6:00 pm, Friday, April 5, 2013 at White Funeral Home, Lumberton with visitation one hour prior to the services.
