

Linda Dianne Saul entered into eternal rest on Monday, June 9, 2025 at the age of 76. Linda was born on Saturday, October 16, 1948, in Poplarville, Mississippi to W.C. and Betty Sue Scarbrough. She was a homemaker and a member of Bass Memorial Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Of all the roles she played throughout her life, she loved being a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She found great joy in caring for her family, cooking great meals and was known for her delicious buttermilk pie. She loved babies and children, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren held a very special place in her heart.
In addition to her parents, W.C. Scarbrough and Betty Sue Fleming Scarbrough, she is preceded in death by her stepmother, Margaret Scarbrough; daughter, Lena Ann Anderson and her brothers, James Scarbrough, Mickey Scarbrough and Curtis Scarbrough.
Left to forever cherish her memory are her husband of 55 years, Jessie Saul; daughter, Shellie Saul; son, Lamar (Lori) Anderson; grandchildren, Shon Grady, Jamar Cooley, Kalen Anderson and Cody Anderson and her great-grandchildren, Kyron Bradley, Phoenix Cooley and Blakely Hall.
Funeral services, officiated by Pastor Mo Mung, will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025 at White Funeral Home of Lumberton beginning at 2:00 pm. Friends are invited to join the family for visitation from 1:00 pm until the service begins. Burial will immediately follow at McLaurin Cemetery, 499-83 Rifle Range Road, Hattiesburg, MS 39401.
