Luther Warren ("L.W.") Cameron III

Luther Warren (L.W.) Cameron III, 71, of Lumberton, MS entered eternal rest on May 27, 2022. L.W. was born on December 25, 1951. He was a graduate of Lumberton High School and spent many years working for the Lamar County Road Department.

L.W. was preceded in death by his parents Herschel and Estelle Cameron, and one grandson, Aaron Joshua Cameron.

He is survived by his wife, Alice; his children Jessica Cameron, Joshua (Brittney) Cameron, Justin Cameron, and Katie (Matt) Hoppe; his siblings Linda (Delton) Perry, Carolyn (Jerry) Lee, Liz (David) Taylor, Mary Lou (Jesse) Ladner, Evelyn Cameron (Lawrence Baradell), Jackie Cuevas (Alan Elmore), Charles Cameron (Natalie), and Lyndon Cameron (Veronica); step-children Rene Morrow and Michael Long; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Service and visitation will be held at White Funeral Home (102 N 1st St, Lumberton, MS, 39455) on Saturday, May 28th, 2022. The family will receive friends for visitation from 1:00 pm until services at 3:00 pm. Burial will follow in Clear Creek Cemetery. Rev. Jesse Ladner will officiate.
