Lydia Lawrence

Lydia leaves behind her husband, Joey; children, Austin and Kayla (Lawrence) Morgan, Morgan Lawrence, Andrew and Jenn (Morton) Lawrence; grandson, Garrett Morgan; granddogs, Mylo and Murphy; grandcats Gizmo, Hera, Jupiter and Nezuko.

Lydia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and family planner for us. Everyone knows who kept us organized and on track. We will miss her immensely.

Lydia worked for Lamar County Schools with wonderful friends. She was born in Dallas, Texas and grew up in Pascagoula, Mississippi to parents, the late Bobby and Ann Bond. Lydia had one sister, the late Barbara Bond Kellett and brother-in-law, Stephen Kellett.

Family and friends are invited to attend Lydia's graveside service on Saturday, January 11, 2025 for 1:00 pm at Baxterville Cemetery, 5728 MS Hwy 13, Lumberton, Mississippi.

There will be a come and go Celebration of Life for Lydia Lawrence, for family and friends in lieu of a visitation. You may join the family at Crescent City Grill, 3810 Hardy St., Hattiesburg, Mississippi, one of her favorite restaurants, in the Branch Room, Thursday, January 9, 2025 between 5pm and 8pm.

Services are entrusted to White Funeral Home, Lumberton, Mississippi.
