Minnie Rogers

Mrs. Rogers was born February 17, 1930 in Forrest County, Mississippi to John Nathaniel Lee and Ada Cameron Lee. She was a member of Carnes First Baptist Church and a retired sewing machine operator with Big Yank in Hattiesburg.

In addition to parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Claude Rogers in 2006; one grandson, Justin Rogers; and six siblings, D.Y. Lee, D.C. Lee, Lavelle Lee, Claude Lee, Opal Byrd, and Ruby Johnson.

Family members include her children, Claude E. (Patricia) Rogers, Jr., Dixie Rogers, Claudine Rogers, Frances (Ronnie) O'Neal; seven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at Carnes Cemetery (1200 Carnes Road, Lumberton, MS, 39455) on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 11:00 am.
