Vivian R. Smith

Mrs. Smith was born November 1st, 1927 in Poplarville to George Rester and Idell Tyner Rester. She was a retired registered nurse with Lumberton Citizens Hospital and a member of 1st Baptist Church, Lumberton.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Guy Smith, Sr.; three siblings,Dorothy Archer, Emmett Rester, and George Rester, Jr; one great granddaughter, Ava Annalise Smith; and grandson-in-law, Troy Davis.

Family members include two children, Arthur Guy Smith, Jr., Barbara A. Thomas; three grandchildren, Miles Smith, Amy Davis, Samantha Spinks; and ten great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church, 103 E Hinton Avenue, Lumberton on Wednesday, November 6th, 2019 at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow in Lumberton City Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior the service.
