Elsie Lorraine Bullard

Mrs. Elsie Lorraine Bullard (Sis), 84, of McQueen Road, Shannon, NC, was born on December 24, 1927 and departed this life on June 9, 2012 at Southeastern Hospice House surrounded by her family & loved ones. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence “Dock” Bullard; her parents, William Ander (Bill) and Virginia D. Hammonds; three sons, Ervin Hammonds, Clarence Bullard Jr. and Billy Dean Bullard; one daughter, Wanda Faye Bullard; one sister, Barbara Ray Keller and one brother William Ander Hammonds Jr. (Miles).

Mrs. Bullard is survived by her three sons, Terry Lynn Bullard and wife Betsy of Clayton, Tony Ray Bullard and wife Angela, and Jimmy Wayne Bullard and wife Antoinette all of Pembroke; nine grandchildren; Brandy Bullard, Misty Bullard, B.J. Bullard, Chris Bullard (Ashley), Daniel Bullard (Lisa), Clarence Gerald Bullard, Josh Locklear, Heather Locklear, and Wanda Faye Locklear; six great grandchildren; three sisters, Marie Rozier, Dixie Craven and Monica Sue Gross (Leon); a special brother and sister-in-law, Sam and Betty Bullard of Michigan and a host of relatives and friends.
