He was born on in Robeson County on September 18, 1932 to the late Paul and Lillie Mae Wiggins Baxley.
Left to cherish his memories are his brothers, Wesley Baxley and his wife, Linda and Romely “Eddie” Baxley and his wife, Marilyn all of St. Pauls; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 25, 2014 at Calvary Cornerstone Holiness Church, conducted by Dr. David Hodge. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
The Family will receive friends Saturday, May 24, 2014 from 6:00 P. M. to 8:00 P. M. at Biggs Funeral Home in Lumberton, N. C.
