Bruce Michael Carter Sr.

Bruce Michael Carter Sr. passed away July 27, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Catherine E. Lessard Carter, his children; Crystal Carter Louque (Gary Jr.), Evelyn Carter Nobile (Chad Michael), Bruce Michael Carter Jr. (Pamela), Keith Michael Carter, and Patricia Louise Carter, grandchildren; Monique, Michael, Holden, Brittany, Devon, Melanie, Cassidy, and Kayla. He is also survived by his brother, Eugene P. Carter Jr. (Patricia), and his two sisters; Sandra Acaldo (Charles Sr.), and Anne Carter (Sister Maria Rose).

He is preceded in death by his parents; Eugene P. Carter Sr. and Evelyn Bourgeois Carter, and his brother, Craig P. Carter.

Bruce was a loving man who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends; he will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know him.

A night wake will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2016 from 6 PM until 9 PM at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home 2208 Jefferson Hwy. Lutcher, La 70071. Visitation will continue Monday morning at 8 AM until 10:45 AM at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church 2130 Rectory St. Paulina, LA 70763. Interment to follow in the church mausoleum.
