Inez Rita Lowry

Inez Decareaux Gaudin Lowry, age 95, a retired beautician, passed away peacefully in the presence of family on June 21, 2017. Inez was born in Paulina, LA,on December 5, 1921, a resident of Lutcher, and for the last ten years of Baton Rouge. Survivors include her son Wayne and Kathy Gaudin, and daughters and son-in laws, Diane & John Flowers Jr., and Margaret and Paul Caplinger. Granddaughters Nicole Villemarette and Hannah Caplinger as well as two great grandchildren, Blaise and Gabriella Villemarette. Two sisters, June Bailey and Barbara Waller, along with her many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her first husband, Esnault B Gaudin and second husband Jefferson Lowry, parents Albert and Cecile Decareaux, sisters, Gladys Louque, Ruth Schexnayer, Pearl Detillier, Jewel Bourgeois, Baby Alberta Decareaux, and brother Ronald Decareaux . Visitation will be held at St. Michael Catholic Church in Convent, LA on Saturday, June 24, 2017 beginning at 9 AM, A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM. Interment to follow at St. Joseph Mausoleum in Paulina, LA. In lieu of flowers, family request donations to the United by Faith Capital Campaign, P. O.
