Ludmilla "Lillie" M. Duhe'
April 16, 1932 – December 19, 2017

Ludmilla “Lillie” M. Duhe passed peacefully surrounded by her family on December 19, 2017. She was married to the late Peter A. Duhe, Sr. Beloved mother and stepmother of Darleen Clement (Earl), Kathy Dottolo (Peter), Patricia Strickland (David), Madelene Melancon (Jeff), Sabina Landry (Brian), Peter A. Duhe, Jr. (Margaret “Molly”), Judy Stoltz (Wayne), and Sharon Lambert (Milton “Bud”). She was grandmother to Earl, Mark, Perry, Chance, Peter J., Stephen, Scott, Kimberly, Damon, Amanda, Jonathan, Cade, Jason, Rachel, Alayna, Preston, Brittni, Dalton, Elise, Anna, Peyton, Aimee, Abbie, Ryan, Kelly, Gracie, Mallory, and Matthew. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, one God child, Susan Boudreaux, and her sisters Lorene Nerada and Lucy Tabola.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Madelene Melancon and three grandchildren, Mark and Perry Clement and Scott Dottolo as well has her parents Frank and Annie Mozisek, brother Fred Mozisek, and sister Irene Anders.
Lillie was a resident of St. John the Baptist Parish for over 50 years and retired from St. John School Board. She was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening, and playing Bingo. She loved attending her children and grandchildren’s activities. You never saw her without a beautiful smile.
We would like to thank Chateau St. James and St. Catherine’s Hospice for the care they gave our mother.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at St. Peter Catholic Church in Reserve on Saturday, December 23, 2017 from 9 AM until Mass at 11 AM. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.HCAlexander.com.
