Anne Hartless Hall, 84, of Lynchburg, passed away on Friday, March 23, 2018 at The Elms. She was the loving wife of the late William Russell Hall for over 50 years.

Born on February 15, 1934 in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lewey Hartless. Anne was a lifelong Baptist and enjoyed taking drives on the parkway and animals.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela McPeake and husband Mike of Lynchburg; grandson, Taylor McPeake of Lynchburg; granddaughter, Savannah McPeake of Wilmington, NC; and sisters, Edith Coffey of Lynchburg and Mamie Terry of Richmond.

There will be a period of visitation from 6:30 to 8 pm on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Amherst County Humane Society, 318 Shelter Lane, Amherst, VA 24521.
