Aubrey retired from BWXT, formerly Babcock & Wilcox, after 35 years of dedicated service. He loved fishing, especially spending time along the Staunton River, where he found both peace and joy. Throughout the community, Aubrey was known as the man who could fix anything. From lawnmowers to just about any mechanical problem brought his way, friends and neighbors knew they could always count on him. His willingness to help others and his remarkable talent for repairing things made him a familiar and respected figure to many.
Above all, Aubrey was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose family meant everything to him. He will be remembered for his hard work, generous heart, and the love he shared with those around him.
A service celebrating his life and faith will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Friday at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Pastor Rick Rasberry officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
