Aurbon Henry Wilson

Born June 14, 1929 in Campbell County, he was the son of the late Claude Lafayette Wilson and Chloe Mary Lawrence Wilson. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Mabel Grogan; a brother, Ralph Wilson and two other infant brothers. Mr. Wilson was a retired cupola operator with Lynchburg Foundry and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Wilson is survived by three children, Phillip Wayne Wilson and wife Karen, Audrey Mosley, and Patsy Tice; two step-sons, James Davis and Kevin Davis and wife Sonya; two brothers, Alfred Wilson and Cuthbert Wilson; a sister, Doris McCraw and husband Wayne; one grandson, Joshua Wilson; two step-grandsons, Kevin Davis, and Kyle Davis, along with numerous other grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at Fort Hill Memorial Park with Ed Malone and Bishop Darrell Manning officiating.
