Brenda Nuzzi Parisi

Born June 15, 1952, in Bethesda, MD, she was the daughter of Helen Morgan Maddox Nuzzi and the late Nicholas Richard Nuzzi, Sr.

Brenda was a retired sales representative for Amerisource-Bergen and a member of Thomas Road Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, sister and grandmother.

In addition to her father, Brenda was preceded in death by one son, John Paul Parisi.

In addition to her mother, Brenda is survived by her three children, Brian Mark Clemmons and his wife Beth of Mathews, VA; Nicholas Jason Parisi of Lynchburg; and Andrea Christin Parisi and her husband Julio Cesar Solorzano of Lynchburg; one brother, Nicholas Richard Nuzzi, Jr. and his wife Carol of Southern Shores, NC; two half siblings, Michael D. Nuzzi of Dallas, TX and Nicole Annamarie Nuzzi of Coram, NY; one granddaughter, Lilian Noel Solorzano-Parisi; and one niece and two nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted 4:00 p.m., Sunday, May 17, 2015, at Whitten Park Avenue Chapel with the Rev. Stephen Willis officiating. Interment will be private.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 3-4 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 55 w. Wacker Dr., Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601.
