Carolyn Winslow Stewart

Born November 30, 1950 in Elizabeth City, NC, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Melvin and Mildred Trueblood Winslow. Carolyn was a retired Financial Computer Analyst with Framatome. She was a member of Chestnut Hill United Methodist Church.

In addition to her husband, Carolyn is survived by her daughters, Magdalena Heather Stewart Price and husband Matthew of Roanoke and Kim Ann Stewart of Salem, VA; three brothers, Ernest Wayne Winslow and wife Cindy of Boomer, NC, Michael Edward Winslow and wife Darlene and Phillip Lee Winslow and wife Marisa, all of Hertford, NC, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service to celebrate Carolyn’s life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Chestnut Hill U.M. Church with Steve Stadtherr, Associate Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Fort Hill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m., Tuesday May 31, 2022 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel and other times at the residence.
