Born October 2, 1943 in Lynchburg, he was the son of the late Lawrence Willard Boothe, Sr. and the late Shirley Inez Lankford Boothe Hawkins. He was also preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Boothe; a sister, Lois Boothe Hill; a brother, John David Boothe and his stepfather, Otis Hawkins.
In addition to his wife, survivors include his daughter, Rhonda Boothe Smith of Lynchburg and a brother, Lawrence Willard “Larry” Boothe, Jr. and wife Linda of Forest.
In honoring Jimmy's request, there will not be any services.
