I’ve been neighbors with Chip for the past year and a half. In that time we got to know each other in passing. Mostly when he was walking angel or as i was getting home from classes. Sometimes it was just a quick hello, and sometimes it was an hour or two of sharing stories and jokes on our front porch. I specifically remember a night were we spent hours just talking, while we all enjoyed a few drinks or a smoke. Chip was just one of the guys that night.
We spoke just two days before his passing, outside with his dog angel by his side just as we always had. When we told him we were having to move out he told us he would miss us and that we had been great neighbors.
Little did we know that this would be our final “see ya later Chip”.
Because Chip, was the great neighbor. A great guy. And to a couple of college kids, a great friend. I’m blessed to have known him.
Long live the legend of Charles (chip) Price Warwick III.

I only met Chip once and that was when my wife Renee and i were coming back from visiting friends in Ashville. Chip`s father and i were first cousins. His grandmother Natalie is the name we gave our daughter. Natalie Shettle. We had a nice visit with Chip and Sally and their enormous dog. We are not a big family and i mean the Shettle family so i was anxious to meet Chip and his lovely wife. If i can be of any assistence you can reach me in Maryland at 410 957 1549 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. sincerely william shettle 957-4181
