Born in East Patchogue, N.Y., he is the son of Clifford Frederick Wernau of New York and Carolee Maresco of Lynchburg and grandson of the Wernau, Maresco and Worsham families.
Cliff was a Welder for Buckner Industrial Rigging and he enjoyed living life to the fullest.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Sean J. Maresco of Lynchburg; one sister, Diamond A. Wernau of New York; his step father, W. Glenn Worsham of Lynchburg; his loving girlfriend, Kristin Keesee; his close friend, Chris Jordan and his family and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at Whitten Timberlake Chapel, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, June 12, 2014.
