Born August 23, 1953 in Portsmouth he was a son of Kathleen Miles and the late William Boswell. He was a self-employed painter and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by a son, Kevin Boswell of Evington; a daughter, Theresa Loving of Madison Heights; two sisters, Linda Cofflin of Evington and Mary Sue Tucker of Roanoke; a brother, Billy Boswell of Minnesota; and two grandchildren, Logan Loving and Kaleigh Logan both of Madison Heights.
