Delores Brooks Tucker

Delores Ann Brooks Tucker, 83, of Lynchburg, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at her residence. Born on March 11, 1940 in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of the late Emmett and Elizabeth Brooks. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, June Hall, Clinton Brooks, Dale Brooks, Doug Brooks, Sandra Fielder and Dawn Frye. She is survived by her children, Theresa Aaron (Clark) of Lynchburg, Lisa Jordan (Dwayne) of Bedford, Albert Tucker (Barbara) of Amherst; grandchildren, Ian Jordan, Eli Jordan, Lindsey Rhodenhizer, Cord Aaron, Alijah Graham; step-grandchildren, Joe Aaron and Kaleb Aaron; ten great-grandchildren and one sister, Linda Powell (Junior) of Lynchburg. A graveside service celebrating her life will be conducted on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Virginia Memorial Park.
