Elizabeth Horvath Ludwig

Born January 1, 1918 in Painesville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late John Horvath Sr. and the late Elizabeth Dudas Horvath.

Mrs. Ludwig retired from Taylor Brother Dept. Store in Cleveland. She was a member of St. Thomas More and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Mrs. Ludwig is also preceded in death by a sister, Irene Pelpoma; and two brothers, Jonny Horvath, Jr. and Edward Horvath.

She is survived by her son, Sydney Ludwig of N.J.; two grandchildren, Maureen Turner and Nathan Ludwig, of Ohio; great-grandson, Christopher Turner of Ohio and daughter-in-law, Margaret Ludwig of Bedford.

A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Thomas More Catholic Church conducted by the Rev. Richard T. Mooney. Interment will follow in Virginia Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Monday, April 16, 2012 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
