She was born in Lynchburg, on September 28, 1950 daughter of the late Herbert L. Neas, Sr., and Elizabeth Arlene Williams Neas.
She is survived by three children, Tonia L. Dawson and husband Mike of Amherst, Stewart Mays of Coleman Falls, and Crystal Boyd of Roanoke; three brothers, Lonnie Neas, Jr., and wife Ruth Anne Moody of Lynchburg, Billy Neas and wife Sharon of Spout Springs, Bobby Neas and wife Ellen of Lynch Station. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a special friend, Christina Marston of Lynchburg.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 3 – 5 pm at Jordan Baptist Church, 3708 Parkwood Avenue, Lynchburg, during which time a memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm with Pastor Melvin Campbell officiating.
