Frances Roberts Catron

She was born on April 27, 1965 in Lynchburg, Virginia, daughter of the late Clyde Thomas Roberts and the late Margaret Ann Branham Roberts.

Frances was owner of Roberts Auto Parts. She loved singing and dancing as well as cooking but she only knew how to cook for an army. Her knowledge of cars was exceptional and surpassed that of most men.

In addition to her husband Kyle she is survived by her children Justin Thomas Crawford and Amber Dawn Crawford; one grandson, Nicholas Evan Crawford; a step grandson who she was raising as one of her own children, Jackson Catron; five stepchildren; one sister, Margie Darby; two half-brothers, Clyde Thomas Roberts, Jr. and Ronnie Roberts; one half-sister, Betty Howell.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, August 20, 2018 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Pastor Mike Dodson officiating. Interment will follow at the Roberts Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 pm on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at the funeral home.
