Born in Springfield, Illinois, on October 31, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Dale Franklin Waters and Patsy Benner Waters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael B. Therien.
Frances retired from Kelly Services after many years of dedicated employment, spending much of her career working at McDonnell Douglas. She enjoyed a quiet and creative life, finding relaxation and happiness in completing adult coloring books.
She is survived by her brother, Dan Waters of Springfield, Illinois.
A private burial will be held at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia.
