Frances Lorine Osborne Wilkins

Frances Lorine Osborne Wilkins, 98, of Lynchburg passed away March 30, 2021 at Accordius Health of Lynchburg. She was the wife of the late William “Bill” Wilkins. Born in Jonesville, North Carolina on July 6, 1922 she was a daughter of the late Henry Osbourne and Nancy Osbourne. She was known as “Grandma to all in her neighborhood. She loved her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her three sons, William ‘Buck” Wilkins and his wife Kelley, Michael Wilkins and his wife Lisa both of Lynchburg and James Wilkins and his wife Betty of Forest; two brothers, Edward Osborne and Duncan “Butch” Osborne both of Lynchburg; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 pm Friday, April 2, 2021 at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
