Born on June 27, 1939 in Long Branch, NJ, he was the son of the late Frank Leslie Covert, Jr. and Beatrice Muller Covert.
Frank served our country in the United States Navy and was a member of the Long Branch Fire Company in NJ. He was also a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathleen C. Billings.
Frank is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Covert; two sons, David Covert and wife Lisa and Eric Covert and wife Laurie; daughter, Kelly Ann Adams; step-daughter, Margaret Mace; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, May 25, 2916 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, with Monsignor Michael D. McCarron officiating. The family will receive friends starting at 9:30 am until time for service. Interment will follow at 2 pm at Culpeper National Cemetery.
