Frank Lee Weinmeister Sr.

Born January 13, 1930 in Windsor, CO, he was the son of the late Alec and Pauline Steinmark Weinmeister and was also preceded in death by a sister, Donna W. Daugherty. He was a retired school teacher with Lynchburg Public Schools, a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, and a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

Mr. Weinmeister is survived by one son, Frank L. Weinmeister, Jr. and wife, Lynne of Goode; two daughters, Neva W. Closs and husband, Mike of Lynchburg and Lynn W. Campbell and husband, Daniel of Manassas; three grandchildren, David Mays, Dana Mays, and Nikolaus Weinmeister and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church with the Rev. Floyd Addison officiating. Interment will follow at Virginia Memorial Park in Forest.

The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service at the church.
